Our town is a small cluster of buildings out on the outskirts of society. The farms are all spread around but the homes were planted together at a focal point. Right smack dab in the middle of our town was a small bald hill with an out cropping of stone just barely visible on one side. It was everyone's hill. It was an unspoken agreement that the hill belonged to the town and no one would build on it or claim it. Parties and spectacles were held on the peak and it was the children's kingdom the rest of the time. One day a city guy comes into town and is charmed by our little world and the people.
